What file format should I send?

I prefer to work with Microsoft Word using 'track changes' and 'comments' to review and edit. For smaller documents, I am happy to work with Google Docs. I use Adobe Acrobat's 'sticky note' feature for PDF documents and websites. If you prefer to send a hard copy I will make handwritten changes.

How will you deliver the document?

You’ll receive your file with track changes showing the edits and comments. You'll be able to see every change and then choose to accept or reject each correction.

How long will it take?

This will depend on the service you require and the length of your document. We'll discuss this before providing a quote so I can tailor my service to your specific requirements.

How do I pay?

You will receive an invoice for payment on completion of the work and you can pay by direct debit or Paypal.
